Scope of Work
Qatar Pharma provides services of pharmaceutical manufacturing of intravenous (I.V.) solutions in Bags, Bottles in large volume parenteral, Eye drops and Ampoules in small volume parenteral, Haemodialysis solutions for kidney dialysis, Topical drug manufacturing for creams, lotions, and solutions.
Qatar Pharma involved in the new products development with high quality standard affordable products for our community and international market.
First Stage
Established on 20,000 square meters.
Started production on 11th of June 2009
Qatar Pharma Haemodialysis
Qatar Pharma Topical Drug Manufacturing “TDM”
Second Stage
Qatar Pharma new warehouse which have high technology of material handling system.
Qatar Pharma ampoules and eye drops line, glass vial line, & prefilled syringe line.
Qatar Pharma clean Plastic factory to produce all necessary medical caps required for IV solution production.
Factory for plastic packaging material as follows:
* Euro cap with twin rubber
* Safety function connection for bags to manufacture cap and port.
* Manufacturing of Jerry Cans & Caps for haemodialysis filling.
Third Stage
Qatar Pharma Factory for manufacturing of Ethical Pharmaceutical Drugs Forms:
a. Tablets
b. Capsules
c. Syrups
d. Suspension
Fourth Stage
Qatar Biopharma in separate land of 35,000 square meters to produce insulin pens, vaccines and oncology products.
Will start by the end of 2017.
